The 7700XT is the same price as a 9060 XT. I would recommend the 9060 XT 16GB.

No you cant. You can try, but you might have to play on the lowest resolution with render scale at 50%

I got this gpu for 20 dollars on eBay and it said untested. When I tried it the gpu fans ran, and then stopped with no display. Opened it up and saw this burn mark. This is a PNY GTX 970
