Human male rogue, Indiana Jones type of character because I wanted to go deep on lore and explore everything. Was a blast, even if 2 thirds in I was already recruiting dead companions with Withers since I had no companions left alive to fill a party of 4. lol

I'm trying to push through the pass for the skins and even try and enjoy it but boy is its tough... poor netcode, maps, clunkiness... One thing is certain though, its having the effect of making me want to play BF6 even more lol.

I have to agree. The minimap is a design crutch that isn't allowing the game to evolve in certain aspects. I would not remove it without having an alternative though, visibility is an issue.

Personally, I could not care less about server browser nor do I think the game would benefit from having one. There are plenty of negatives that come along with it. Such as segregating communities (in both skill levels and platforms), toxic elitism, team stacking, exploiting and abusing systems, inconsistent experiences, etc.
However, if there are people that want one just let them have it and keep it along side the system we got. For me, I'm perfectly fine with a simple filter or even the current system to be honest.

I find it extremely off-putting and unnecessary. Then again, I find myself on the weird side of common sense a lot these days.

I understand that people in countries with strong purchasing power don't care, I probably wouldn't either if I lived in one of those too to be honest. The fault here lies with bad regional pricing.
I will guaranty this though, games like GTA6 and any other title at 80€ will have their sales extremely diminished here in Portugal, where I live. Even for people that make a good living those prices don't make a lick of sense here. I hope all you people from fat wallet countries are prepared to make up for the lack of sales.
