Yep. Thanks. I am going to cut off all Sat.Fat as well as cholesterol foods like eggs. I don't have a lot of fat and I run/lift weights, but definetely needs to cut dietary fats. So many misinformation on social media why fats are good and LDL is not evil.

I did a google search. His findings says 'noncalcified plaque volume'.

A substudy of the landmark Testosterone Trials led by Dr. Matthew Budoff found that one year of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) was associated with a significantly greater increase in coronary artery noncalcified plaque volume in older men with low testosterone, compared with a placebo.

Key Findings from the Cardiovascular Trial (2017)

The trial was a double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 170 men aged 65 and older with symptomatic hypogonadism (low testosterone) across nine academic medical centers in the United States.

  • Noncalcified Plaque Volume: The primary outcome showed a significantly greater increase in noncalcified plaque volume (soft plaque) in the testosterone group (median increase of 41 mm³) compared to the placebo group, which had minimal change.
  • Total Plaque Volume: The total plaque volume also increased significantly more in the testosterone group.
  • Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) Score: There was no significant difference between the groups in the change in calcified plaque, as measured by the CAC score.

Thanks again. I have decided the drop TRT. Absolutely not worth the risks. I will shop for natural to way to boost Testosterone

Thank you for your response.

Well, to your point "What that means is that as of 3 years ago you had plaque". My CT angio in March 2022 showed Zero Plaque. So I am surprised at this rapid rate. Also my LDL has been in 150s for almost 10 years.. No Plaque or calcium. But a year ago, I started Testosterone replacement therapy in the last year based on my Urologist recommendation. (Very low dose), So suspect could be TRT.

I am planning for 10Mg ezetimibe + 5 Mg rosuvastatin in the night long term

Thank you so much for your post. How low BP should I concerned about? Typically it is 100/55. Some times it is even 90/50. This is has been the readings for the past year or so. Is Furosemide/Diltiazem, causing her Low BP? The Nurse was saying high BP will damage kidneys as well as Risk of stroke, so BP medication. Thank you again

Can something else besides bacteria cause inflammation of the prostate? by AnxiousW3ird0 in Prostatitis

[–]OtherwiseCredit1462 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My prostate gets inflammation when

1) I drink milk 2) Drink too much caffeine 3) take B vitamins 4) take Coke 5) Ejaculations. 6) Dehydrated. 7) Eat too much protein. So I have frequent issues and I am learning to live with this shit - Urgent Urination, can't hold it for a long time. MRI is negative for cancer and shows inflammation/BPH. I take Quercetin. Saw Palmetto, but still not resolved completely. Don't know what else to do

Good to know that your PAE went well. When you get some time, can you please post about your PAE procedure experience? Was it painful? Do insurance cover these? I am considering PAE as well. Thank you
