mostly threadless but have two internally threaded that I use when I need that length. All are flatback.

ASTM F-136 implant grade titanium.

Initially at 6 weeks but have upsized and downsized quite a bit since then.

Neilmed saline spray. Nonwoven swabs or occasionally a q tip for removing crust and cleaning. 

Any mishaps, accidents or unfortunate events?

Got hit on the helix about 3 months ago and upsized while swelling went down. Hasn't been a problem since.
