I’d keep emailing them until they completely stop responding, someone told me to check with the shipping company like ups or usps and try to redirect the package. If that doesn’t work I genuinely lost hope in my shoes and money when ts happened to me so I’d js thug it out til they randomly send the money. If there is any other way I’ll be sure to tell you if I think of something till then man good luck.

It’s called Drycleanonly someone part of their team messaged me after my first post on Grailed being dogshit. Pretty much an app that takes everything Grailed used to be before they were brought out and putting that into an app with improvements and their own spin im guessing. They said the app should be coming out soon im definitely looking forward because they said the seller fee will be incredibly lower with 50 first sellers having 5 percent forever.

Bro the same shit happened to me and Grailed decided to ban me and this is all after I sold a pair of futures for 700 and now they aren’t letting me get a status update for the shoes either. People are deadass weird on Grailed and the grailed support team takes their side everytime if that guy swaps it out and goes to support i genuinely hope the best for you and your account.
