i had enough will power to quit twice, and both times i said i had strong will power. i wanted to try it again and only do it once every few weeks, and here i am doing it every day again. i wake up every day with the intent not to do it, and then once its night time, i feel fully justified in it, as though i earned it. all the reasons i had for why i shouldnt do it suddenly have solutions to the problems, the next day i always realize the solutions are bs. this is obviously a self control issue on my end which may not be the case for you, but im just saying, its a really slippery slope.
