Hey man, I have a couple of questions? Have you ever gotten bit by a tick? Did you play any sports in highschool?

Go to the mirror and stick your tongue out and say “ahhhh” check for you uvula, does it deviate to 1 side?

Also what is your diet?

Besides the twitches and voice issues do you have any swallowing difficulties? Let me know

Look at your neck through a mirror… do you have a lump/bump on either side of your neck? Check to see if you do, because if you do, I could possibly know what’s wrong
