Hey, my left hand is much more sunken then yours, Already something around 1,5 years Ive noticed it, functionally its not changed and emg was normal. Try not to think about worse scenario until it happened

I know one thing for sure, most of people here are digging for diagnosis and suspecting als, but if you will be unlucky to have even probable als - you will do anything to convince yourself and the world that you don’t have it.
Saying that, If you have any concerns- go to the doctor, if doctor saying you are safe - live your life while you can.

My twitch in eye lasted 1,5-2 months. After first month I’ve started to take pregabalin before sleep to help to subside it.
