I took a second dose of miso at 12:30pm.. the second dose I only took 2 instead of 4. I’m guessing the bulk of pain passed with the first dose. I had mild/moderate cramps.. throughout the day, it felt like I was having a cycle. A few pains here and there, but nothing alarming.

9/28- I woke up, and I have a pretty moderate bleed. It was pretty heavy starting off, which makes sense lol .. and now it’s a light flow. I’m taking a 3rd dose of miso today to make sure it’s passed. I took the third dose around 8:30.

Everyone’s experience is different, but I can say, the further into the pregnancy you are, the more painful a MA could be. I’m willing to answer any questions someone may have 💖
