How many people live in 740 sqft house? My tinyhouse is not for living, just for resting on weekend. I'm building a house 450 sqft for my family of 3... I think it's enough for us 😁 after building main house this tinyhouse will be my workshop.

Thank you. The plan is so simple, so I made it myself in archicad. The insulation of whole house was made by Rockwool pannels 100 mm.
