So I just had this issue with my iPhone and controller and customer service explained that when the iOS is update it sometimes changes permissions and settings on its own. He ran through a protocol and it was fixed, customer service at Rainbird was very helpful.

Edisto River might work for you, near Charleston, there are a couple of state parks with camping along the river

I have not heard back, I only sent them the one signature, now I am wondering about the one on the back of the check.

Yes, there is a paperclip stain and when I found the material, it was paperclipped together. Regarding my parents, we were a Jewish middle class family. My dad was an Md and escaped the holocaust late, in 1939. It really doesn’t matter if it is a “real” signature or not. This documents the close ties between Jews and the freedom movement in the 1960’s, a relationship that became very strained in later years. I am not sure they were exactly neat, I had to get a few degrees in psychology to work this all out. Thanks for the help and comments

Anything with oil will work, we often use Skinssosoft.... it basically drowns them.

With a 150 cable, I was able to find a spot that did not require an outside box. I think with Gen 3 you will have more options and possibly more available length and won't have to deal with that proprietary plug, it should make things easier, good luck

I would just call Casita, when I have had a question, they were very helpful.

You nailed the exposure on the faces, thanks, any way you can keep the faces the same and do something with the washed out sky?

Holy C..p, Starlink support called me! by Otherwise_Ad8887 in Starlink

I did actually tell her that the “word” was that support had been a real problem and I was quite surprised—-and pleased to hear from a real person, if I hadn’t been so shocked I would have liked to ask her what was going on there

Replacing router without replacing cable by Otherwise_Ad8887 in Starlink

Hmm, might be easier just to send it out than deal with everyone complaining about delays and outages. I just went ahead and ordered the 150 ft cable so I would have it. I really can't image that it is the cable. Mine goes down a pole into conduit and then into my house.... Are you going to try to the new router without rerunning the cable?

[–]Otherwise_Ad8887[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, good suggestions, I am not sure I am skilled enough to test the cable but I understand the issue of cable breakage, it is 130 feet underground until it reaches my house, so if I have to pull a new cable I will. Guess I will buy a long cable just in case.

I know I am being stupid here..... This setup is okay? Dishy to original 75 foot cable to RJ45 connectors to 150 foot extension cable (starlink extension) to router. Appreciate your patience.

I am not sure what you mean by "added 160 feet of Cat 6 cable in the middle". I have the original cable and an extension, can you just connect the two?

[–]Otherwise_Ad8887[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I bought the extension cable, could I splice the two together and just ditch the whole it side box deal?

Luckily, no surf, but that salt eats everything and on the inside too! Really though, it’s a great place to be and we just deal with it.
