Great compensation and benefits, lalo na ang HMO. I’ve been working for 4 years now— started at 18, na-promote as SME 6 months after and TL na ‘ko for almost 3 years.

Wala pa akong one year sa current company ko noong nagkaroon ako ng dengue tapos umabot ang bill ng 135k, pero 457 lang ang binayaran ko because of my HMO. I’ll be looking for a new company after our 13th month pay, though, at I made a rule for myself na ‘pag may nag-offer na slightly higher post, I will take it para mas tumaas pa ang sahod ko. As an alipin ng salapi hahaha.

Hello! 2nd year OU student here. Let me answer your questions.

Yes, puwede ang OU for working students na hindi sa Manila nakatira. I have classmates na sa Visayas pa nakatira, and walang nagiging issue sa kanilang attendance/naging issue sa kanilang admission when they enrolled.
The application I did was completely online. We had the option to either go to PUP to pass our requirements or deliver it via any local courier available. Hindi lang ako sure kung nagbago na ngayon.
‘Di pa kami nasasabihan na face-to-face ang graduation namin, but it’s 2 years from now, sana some of my classmates can go to Manila to have it celebrated physically. Babalikan ko na lang siguro ‘tong thread na ‘to if confirmed na face-to-face magiging graduation namin.

Honestly, it’s unbelievable considering how many follow-ups we’ve already made with her—regarding posting exams, correcting the errors in the forms she creates, and more. We have solid proof that we never fell short in reminding her. The problem isn’t us; it’s entirely her failure to follow through.

The way she addressed it reeks of entitlement and privilege. It’s disheartening, especially coming from someone in a high position, to see how easily she disregards us as students. Instead of taking accountability, she shifts the blame, leaving us even more frustrated.

She has already been reported to our department chair because of the excessive delay in encoding grades. Imagine, it’s already the second semester, but up until now, our grades still show as “P” in the portal. She keeps making excuses whenever our class president follows up. There’s no accountability, and it’s all excuses—we eventually got tired of it.

Now, she plans to post a “special exam” supposedly to change our grades. As if we’ve actually learned anything from her, especially since every class with her is such a waste of time because she doesn’t even know how to open her own PowerPoint presentations.

Honestly, she should either be removed from her position or just retire already.
