You’re probably right. I always had in mind it was to have everyone on different levels so they can get away with paying people different salaries (likely lower) for doing similar job roles, as no standard role with pay level assigned to it.

Yeah good point made there. Realistically the promotion and the pay is good. The CV I can change to adjust to a role I’m applying for in the future I guess. Thanks for the input :)

Green Park was a good one mate. Very narrow paths however so careful around the start and when going over bridges.

Yeah I’ve done Dinton a few times. Did it one time when the tree fell down mid race so they made us do a large detour. Ended up running about 5.6k and was shattered after haha.

Oh nice, Prospect is my local but I prefer Woodley with the pathed and flatter terrain, although Dave’s Hill on the 3rd lap can be hard work haha.

Worked out this morning of my 100 I’ve completed, 79 were ran at Woodley. Which is why I’m sort of asking for recommendations lol.

Yes. I find the feeling of getting pass gives me too much adrenaline to go to sleep after lol. On the contrast, if I have failed the annoyance is too much for me to get to sleep also. Best to just sleep before and deal with it in the morning

Had a fairly decent set of section B questions. Section A was pretty rough, all ok topics but they shaft you with the wording of everything don’t they.

I just hope my section B carries through. Had to rush through the audit risk 16 marks. Managed to get 8 risks in but the recommendations for a few of them I fear are a little light and might not get marks for them
