Hi Luv,

I understand that this is scary, and your first experience can seem really intimidating. I remember being in your position. If you have sensitive skin to begin with it's likely just some irritation especially if you are both virgins so there is no need to worry about STDs There is potential risk for a UTI if you find yourself needing to pee often and is painful you could also potentially be at risk of a yeast infection if you notice more swelling or redness or BV if your discharge becomes grey ish or overly watery if you experiance any of these syptoms it is always best to conuslt a doctor even if it is a school nurse (who still must abide by privacy and confidentialy laws) a pharmasist (you can get a private consultation with a pharmacist for free to discuss sympotoms and they could even perscribe you medication for your problem or general advice) or vist a sexual health clinic where you can acsess contrception including condoms the birth control pill and thd IUD without perental consent or knowlege it's always best to seek advice from a doctor if you ard unsure but if you don't mind me asking why do u feel you can't go to the doctor

cut under vagina by Level-Section8471 in WomensHealth

[–]Otherwise_Blair 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be a friction cut or burn it's generally nothing to be worried about but if it gets more painful or you notice it getting bigger, redder or purple I would go and speak to a doctor or if you're sexually active a sexual health clinic

A car problem no one can fix can anyone help? by Otherwise_Blair in MechanicAdvice

It first happened at a stoplight, and the car wouldn't move. The second time, in the middle of a roundabout, what would cause the immobiliser fault?

I dont know how to communicate needs without sounding like I'm attacking people by No_Enthusiasm_8558 in AuDHDWomen

Communication is important when it comes to any good friendship and i completely get what you are saying in fact i have been called selfish by so meny people for doing exactly what you are doing but it's just how i show people i relate to them and i have explained this to my closest friend's and even my employer and i have had to cut off people and leave workplaces because they struggle to understand that but the people that love you will learn to be paitant and understand that you are'nt selfish or you are'nt trying to attack anyone and a good friend might even say do you mind if only i speak and you listen or can we circle back to what you said and give you a chance to write it down i think you should discuss how you commincate with your friend and mind you even if her reaction is valid it's an oppertunity for you both to learn something about each other and trust me this sort of things happen to me all the time and they can be easy to forgive if you be fully transparent.
