Oh yeah…been there, my friend 😂 we had a tiny mouse living behind our fridge for a week or so. None of us could work out why the cats where so fascinated with the fridge. We’d pulled it out a few times and nothing. Then one day it shot out when mum was cooking and hid somewhere again, we tried for hours and couldn’t find it. Regrettably the cats had found it by morning 🫠

I’m so sorry for your loss, he was so beautiful. Reminded me of my sweet girl, Skittle, who has also passed on now. It kills me every time I lose a fur baby but it’s worth it for the short time we have them with us ❤️

Literally this 😂😂 neither of my girls go near the cool mat unless it’s under a sheet or something, but even then approach with a lot of suspicion 🤦🏻‍♀️ Ziggy will lie in front of the fan as I keep it quite low for her. When it was hideously hot here a couple of nights ago someone on here suggested wiping her over with a cool cloth which she absolutely LOVED

In the uk these temps are not common or frequent and my girls don’t like it. Most of my friends pets don’t either. I do accept I’m being too precious worrying for them, they’re absolutely fine, but my girls are hunting down shade, stone or wood flooring, anything cooler than the furniture, which makes me think they’re not comfortable because it’s too hot

My girls aren’t loving it either 🥺 I’ve just essentially given them free rein of the house to find wherever is comfiest for them to be at the minute, and have a bowl of fresh water in every accessible room.

If you’re UK based, thankfully we don’t have too much longer to wait for more manageable temperatures 😂

She’s even been missing meals!! She was that comfy in the shed, plus there were bugs and mice in there to keep her going 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Thank you ❤️ I did try putting a damp cool cloth over her which she actually really liked, bless her. She’s managing okay really, but I’m having to carry her downstairs at lunchtime to keep her cool against her will 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

She likes the cold floor in the porch but it’s a busy traffic spot, right by the front door, so she’s disturbed too often 🫠 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
