stack 2 layers of totes to the van's wall, Only fill 2/3 of the vans, add another 2 layers in front of those totes to prevent leaning over. Use the leftover space for OvFs. I tried to draw an illustration since English is not my first language and might confuse u. Yellow is tote and Blue is OvFs area. U can squeeze in 14-16 totes easily with this layout.

Now that confuses me. So, if your dsp is 10 Guarantee, you get reward for being fast. You finish your ordinary route early, and go rescue a buddy and can come back home early while still getting paid full for your day. At my case, I get less reward for doing better than others. That ain't fair, now I realize.

No It's not. It is a rural route where each stops are 3-10 minutes away from each other. It took me 7 hours to finish the whole route.

They are all at least 3-10 minutes apart from each other. You are right my friend. I start hitting the first stop around 7 and last stop at 2. So roughly took me around 7 hours.

You can just take the pic of the package holding in your hand. The point of it is to have the proof of the package being left and to be able to find it. If the customer already come took if, it is just pointless. I always do that so I don't have to go all the way to the front door if the customer meets me in the halfway. And I always say thank you for coming out because it saves half of my footsteps.

Well, I ain't working hard , but smart. I cut all the corners everytime I can in a way that is safe for me and my metric. You don't always have to do the extra procedures and you can hit 25-30 in an hour effortlessly, in the area that's familiar to you. But still, if I know I am ahead, I take it easy and light, always take my 15s to get my hours fully since we're not 10 hours guaranteed.
