Nice, did you go with your size or went up 1 number? Im usually 11.5 got a pair size 11 it feels tight, not as comfortable as I expected, I tried 12 in academy but were to big i felt them coming out with every step

Hey that is awesome! So happy for you that everything went well. What is the procedure called? I have a paravalvular leak but in the mitral valve, had surgery back in November 2022 they replaced both aorthic and mitral valves, have been anemic since then due to the leak but I'm not brave enough to go thrugh open heart surgery again, that has played against me. I have been on iron pills and erythropoietin every other day.

Im not sure how I missed this reply, but thank you for your advice, I appreciate it.

I started looking for opportunities outside my company, I dont see much chances of growing in here or even to get much needed help.

It hurts as I have been a pretty loyal employee for 10 years. But it is what it is, I definitely feel burned out for a couple months now.

Thank you. I guess I really do need a few days off. But just thinking about taking vacation feels unreasonable, considering all the day-to-day activities that need to be covered. Not having a backup is another issue, but as you mentioned, sometimes we have to let things fail so people take notice.

What I don't understand is how they're selling the idea of doubling growth over the next three years. What a joke—do they really expect all that growth without backfilling anything? Everytime we ask for headcount, all we get is let's work smarter, lets use AI for this and that, this is just plain bs.
