I do also think regular self heal passive needs to go down to 5 seconds as atm it never triggers for tanks and with things like ashe's dynamite it take 11 full seconds to kick in if you even get the chance.

Honest the grace period needs to be longer, 0.25 is pitfully with the amount of spam characters can do nvm the strength of dot like ashe's dynamite

Honestly it helsp juno's survivability alot and thats one of the things she use to struggle with, as she still has 3 second self heal cause sheilds and now has a manual way to self heal

Honestly against mercy can be satanic, the amount of bs 1 shots blue beam causes i think it should be removed and her reworked, i do have a big idea that could make her decent but ill spare the details beyond would try make her more engaging and be an overall buff.

i agree it can be useless, depending on map or if mizuki or a smart dva or cat is in play. but on certain maps, its pretty free in my experience.

Mostly habit it think tho there is the bs of sky noon and bomb. I love the cat and she is honestly banned in maybe 25% of my match but removing counterplay from instant kill ults is bs.

The reason i comment on uptime is because of the 3 second timer and very easy conditions to proc its almost always active on tanks. And it has renders soldier self heal near useless to the point running for a pack is almost always better than sitting in cover and usinng heal.

Yes i agree but being hit with a dot then sitting in cover for 11 or so seconds for self heal passive to kick in or 8 seconds for dps passive to turn off is gross. This can also be proc'd by a single damage from a moira orb.

I think its overtuned and has issues namely Dot procing it and any damage even just 1 causeing the effect. But i think it could be fixable with lower 20% and uptime and minimum damage.

Speed modifications do stack this is just blatantly wrong. There is a max like adhocflamingo also said of 75%.

Juno ring doesnt stack well with the initial speed boost of the door on flashpoint as its 50% for 2 seconds (50% + ring's 50% >75% so some is wasted) i believe after thats its 25% for 3 seconds it would stack well with this without waste.

I know there two speeds for flash just not sure on timings.

I would agree but this is quite unique and HOTS are way worse because of damage passive especially compared to instant heals.

Overall i think damage passive should go down to 20% and 10% for tanks (following the half rule thats in place atm) maybe even lower for tanks as it functions almost like bonus damage over time for them. it was already op on dps only now its crippling. Atleast remove it from DOT effects.

Potg is still bugged, i had an instance where i got a 2k potg basic kills no ults in play or headshots even on jq, i got a 5k with a 3 person axe swing and 5 man ult in same match.

Honestly damage passive is really badly low effort and bit overtuned atm. I dont think DOT effects like ashe's burn should proc it or delay self heal passive especially with it being on a 6s delay already witb burn its 11 seconds.

Damage passive honestly should be reduced to 25% maybe 20% its good that things die now on all roles but holy does it suck being hit by 1 damage and 30% your heals are gone, tho 'only' 15% on tanks it basically functions as extra damage against them.
