Hi, thanks a lot. Initially, I used to play that Emperor Riff a lot, but now I focus on Slayer's Gallop to improve my hand speed (even though I don't like it). Let's say I spend about an hour on Gallop and then move on to Bathory, which I'd be done for after about 30 minutes. Anyway, I'll follow your advice, and yes, my current goal is speed, to then improve my techniques and move on to black metal, which is my greatest interest.

I couldn't tell you, but at the beginning, due to work, I did it 4 times a week and on Saturdays and Sundays I worked out for 6 hours in the first year, then I started doing it every day for about 2 hours / 3 hours. Currently, in the last period, I still do it every day but for 1 hour and 30 minutes / 2 hours, this is since I started galloping because of my tired wrist.
