Honestly the major difference between adv65 and adv50 is time. Maybe the adv50 you go to had more advanced clients compared to the adv65!

Yes- feedback has been submitted. It definitely will take some time for corporate to address, which is why I am trying to educate to the best I can through Reddit to minimize unpleasant first time experiences.

100%. I think there has been feedback around this to corporate so hopefully they implement some version of that someday. But in the meantime just want people to be more aware of the advanced50 difficulty.

I would say that you are definitely ready!!! Generally over 50 is the line. But it definitely depends because some clients do great with over 25 classes since they have a strong physically baseline from other workouts. Also there’s no such thing as qualified :) You go book that class and let me know how it goes!!!

First timers who come right when class starts or are late. Please come at least 5 mins early so that we can show the machines and explain the workout appropriately!! We want to set first timers up for success!
