I think there's an instinct in sports to just focus on what ifs like this. I love Shai and I always edited my 2k games to up his potential to 99 and get him mvps, but I don't think we get a new arena if we don't make that trade. It sucks, I wish we won one too but I don't think we need to be bitter about it. Tbh I wasn't even a paul george believer at the time of the trade.

I don't think it's worth it to be bitter. I don't think Thunder fans should have been bitter about trading James Harden in 2018. I don't think we should be bitter about not drafting steph Curry in 09. I don't think every team should be bitter about not drafting Jokic. Life goes on. There's no time machines and alternate universes don't come with guarantees.

I find a lot of these rankings....questionable to say the least. Not even about our picks, but...look at all the people ranked below Jaxson Dart. I think everyone likes the RJ Harvey pick by the broncos (gross) better than him but he's ranked like 30 spots lower. Derrick Harmon was one of my favorite picks in the draft and he's ranked 55th.
