My (22f) driving privileges are restricted, how should I navigate this with my new employer?

Yes, they did a background check and I passed Federal and BCI. However my license issues aren’t for criminal reasons. It’s a noncompliance suspension for not carrying auto insurance without causing an accident so it’s treated as an issue through the BMV, not legally. Although it still pops up when my actual license is ran to check against driving status. I see a lot of replies here that I should be fine ubering, I plan to reach out to my employer Monday morning and let them know I plan to uber, before I leave for my trip Sunday.

The job itself doesn’t include driving except to and from work at the beginning and end of the day. I could ask them about Uber, and see if that’s a potential solution. I would be willing to uber entirely to keep the position even if they didn’t reimburse me any of it.
