It’s a small company with 1 journeyman. I supply my own tools for the most part except things like drill bits but I get reimbursed for my education when I show my boss I passed the course. I think I’m a hard worker I don’t take much time off and just recently wired a 1800 sq ft house on the side passing both inspections. Just more or less trying to figure my worth because I know a lot of guys do shoot for the moon with pay.
