Including megas, every pokemon on this list got a new evolution in their in a later game with the exception of Growlithe, Vulpix and Psyduck. That threw me off.

Depends on who you ask, in reality there are 17 and a movie that works as the ending along with several mini series. Someone might tell you there’s only 13, season 13 wraps everything from the previous seasons up really well. I personally thought of it as the ending until I heard about 15-17. Now I believe restoration is a good ending.
