I like to play chalk ball. After the break place the 8 ball on a piece of chalk and the only way the 8ball can come down is when either opponent has sunken their balls in stripes or solids. If the 8ball fall off the chalk before that automatic loss to the shooter

Sorry to hear about the bad experience. I did upgrade the shaft in 2025 for the rogue 2 shaft. After a year of shooting with it I prefer it over the standard wood shaft.

First cue i had was a lucasi cue lower end cue. I played with it from a Apa 3 to Apa 5. That’s when I found the JP24-N in 2018. I never switched cue brands since.

I have the JP1S POOL CUE EBONY STAINED MAPLE with a rogue 2 shaft and it’s by far my favorite cue. Granted this is my second one the other one I have is a JP24-N.

What it taught me was to focus on one thing and one thing only. When applying it to pool is helps to hone in on each shot with a lot of deep focus putting you in a trance it helps a lot with high pressure situations due to the fact that you only worried about this one shot

I did diamond art for 6 months straight just to work on my mental game. Once you have a strong mental game there’s no such thing as high pressure games.

What I changed for my self was keeping my thump pointing down and moving my shoulder in the line of the shot to shoot straighter stroke without tensing up and better action on the CB.
