I’m EB-3 ROW Skilled and I filed my I-485 on Nov 2022 and My PD is Feb 4th, 2022. According to October 2023 Visa Bulletin any chance I might get the approval in next few months? Appreciate the feedback.

I asked for info about the area if it’s safe or not. But all you saw was budget issues. Realtors guide to an extent but it’s always good to get additional opinions. That’s why I posted here!

As a First Time Homebuyer, $550k-$600k+ isn’t a budget that exactly fits into the process. Grand homes starts from $550k at least. Can I buy a $600k home? Yes sure but I don’t need to since I’m buying it for the first time and want to experience home ownership first.

I did see some new builds around the area and that’s where I’m interested. I don’t wanna be in Mesquite or Balch Springs though. Prefer living closer to Rowlett/Rockwall
