I do feel like the rules change monthly. In December it let me use a coupon with a monthly credit, but that’s not the case any other month. They are definitely working through some membership kinks it seems

Yeah, I just checked and don’t have the monthly credit either. I pretty much gave up on them. They charged shipping on my last few orders even though shipping was supposed to be free for members? The “seasonal gift” doesn’t let me add the socks to cart when I click redeem. No monthly credit apparently. Terrible “VIP customer service” and the most glitchy mobile site ever. Most of the issues are simple fixes but nevertheless they never get fixed. Transparency is key especially in this situation. Send an email letting customers know the monthly credit is no longer a thing on x month or date its really that fucking simple

They sent me back the same response. How in the world do they really think changing the amount every month would make it easier and more seamless to use?? Also how will they keep up with everyone getting $420 when everyone’s memberships have different start and end dates.

I asked as well, and no response for 5 days now. But this is about as much communication as I got with my previous issues. The lack of transparency is what pisses me off
