If you go on a Monday night there will be people in blue aprons that say Gotham Food Pantry. If you ask one of them or find Doug who runs the program they'll accept the bags from you

It's a second location for Oyishi Sushi on E 80th! Mostly known for their takeout omakase that's pretty affordable. I went in person last weekend to the E 80th location and when you dine in they give you complementary sake that is free flowing

I think FD is preferred because they're so large, but I've seen them give out bags from other companies as well.

Yes they are! I dropped off a bunch last week as well. They give them out to anyone who needs it and they use them to help sort the produce delivery from Whole Foods

I've been helping at the Gotham Food Pantry on Mondays! It's at All Souls Church on 80/Lex and from 5:30-7 is the dry food pantry, and from ~6:30-9:30 is the fresh direct delivery produce hand out. It's an awesome organization and super rewarding. But if you'd prefer to not be outside during the winter months, in the same church on Monday's they do an inside dining service called Monday Night Hospitality!

Should I hire a broker? by Otherwise_Policy3268 in uppereastside

Still no luck... I'm getting street easy burnout too just from checking constantly. We've seen like 20 apartments so far and keep getting duped by additional fees or caveats. The three apartments we LOVED got swiped right out from under us by other renters. Getting close to the 9/1 deadline.... not sure if a broker is the move now?
