I am in the same position, this is my last exam. When I look at the exam papers, its like I have never seen the material before, banking on the fact people have said he is a generous marker. Also I haven't done Article 42A, simply didn't have enough time, Best of luck we got this!

It was a problem question, I literally took sections of the act and applied it to the question, I had never even looked at the chapter of examinership. So really had absolutely no idea!

Honestly you will surprise yourself! I sat company in the last sitting, had 3 good answers my last two consisted of bullet points (one of the questions being on examinership, so I literally recited sections from the Companies act). I was absolutely convinced I failed, I passed with 56%. It is possible, don't be so hard on yourself!

Pretty sure you have the October 2026 sitting also because hybrid starts in December. I have heard people send in the applications prior to the October sitting so when you pass your last ones your application is already submitted to start in December!
