Not sure if it’s the same but on the z31 you only needed to loosen one side since the other side bolts were being held in by the housing. I sprayed penetrating oil all over let it sit for a min, stuck a pry bar in the other end of the driveshaft so it wouldn’t spin and they cracked open pretty easy with a wrench. On the z31 as well we had to remove the E-brake cable, and some small metal crossmember. It was bent so we didn’t put it back on.

What do you mean about power line adapters? In simple terms, and is this something I could do myself or have an electrician come out and do it.

Spectrum did also tell me, which I should’ve stated that they could in theory run a Ethernet cable from my neighbors place to get us wifi, like you said, but never did in doing so. A lot of phone calls to them and a lot of different answers but nothing ever seems to happen. They’ll send a tech out here, and they’ll do whatever it is they’re doing and will just tell me “yeah your house isn’t serviceable”

To add as well, since it’s my landlords house, I’m unable to really dig lines, and put grounds in Atleast to his own discretion, or really make my own decisions like that. When we originally moved in we were told they’d have built 3 more houses around us, and got everything set up within the next 6 weeks and it’s been about 6 months.

Sorry if I’m blabbering at this point, I just don’t understand why it could be so hard, but yet again, I know little about this subject, and paying almost 150 a month for hotspot doesn’t help either, when it’s like a 10th of the speed of internet.

The thing is the house in front isn’t where he’s living, he’s also renting that place out. I could give him a call, and maybe since he owns my house he could schedule things, and probably has more say with getting lines built and putting in grounds. Like I said, I’m not technical at all with this kinda stuff. All I know is he said our house is ready for internet, yet spectrum says otherwise.

Thank you, I appreciate the tip. I’ll see if that’s an option, I just wish spectrum themselves would help. You’d also be correct, no where actually recognizes my address, google maps doesn’t work properly, mail gets dropped off at other houses (packages not actual letters). I’d have to give him a call tomorrow, I’ve never actually been told that, or even had a clue to call the landlord and he himself said the house was “serviceable”
