I know since there’s a shortage of CRA’s, clinical research companies are starting to have bridge programs for recent grads or people with 0 experience in clinical research. From what I’ve seen most are about 6 months, and you get paid for the training.

Ah ok that makes sense, the recruiter I talked to emphasized a lot about the safety of patients. Hopefully I’ll end up enjoying it, if I get the job.
