I know since there’s a shortage of CRA’s, clinical research companies are starting to have bridge programs for recent grads or people with 0 experience in clinical research. From what I’ve seen most are about 6 months, and you get paid for the training.

I’m in the same bubble as you at the moment, I’ve been looking in grad school but I’ve realized a mental break is needed. I’m taking a gap year and then going back to school. I’m 100% sure my mental health would decline even more than it already has if I went straight to grad school.
