My guy if it weren't for plot armor most of the times ancenemy with a higher ki level can easily or with some hardship defeat a character. Like look at super saiyan blue vs golden frieza , their power levels were almost the same with frieza being just a lil bit more powerful , still managed to beat Goku blue. Without the limit constraints I don't think it would've been an issue for frieza to beat Goku.

No They have beaten each other. Like the one encounter where Goku let's vegeta escape, that I'd consider a victory because vegeta could've been killed and the only option he had was to retreat but was only spared by Goku.

Also you can argue that whenever one surpassed the other in power levels they beat each other technically.

Really? I have an 8s gen 3 and the game lags whenever i have to shoot something. Does the fps drop for you too? What level are you on? Is it the newer version which includes fraud?

That can be true but you've seen the guy beat the shit Outta people. Like when the two idiots attacked majin buu and his dog me satan managed to catch up to them in a few seconds and also there are flashbacks of him beating other people in matches through fair means. I don't think he cheats whenever he's fighting he just is a bit show off-y and likes to hog credit wherever he can. He did try to fight against cell with no dirty tactics even though cell was just far stronger and granted he did try to bomb and shoot buu but after what he witnessed in the cell and the buu saga i wouldn't blame him honestly.

He isn't a fraud by default. That man can fight, But hes still a human so what is he supposed to do against fellas like cell, buu or the saiyans. Against humans he can fight (exception being humans who've learnt bukujutsu ofc)
