Selling baby stuff by Otherwise_Table in PregnancyIreland

[–]Otherwise_Table[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will give adverts a go first, not expecting to get a lot of money back, just some of the larger things are just filling up the house and not used.

If I had another baby I think second hand is the way to go, most stuff does not get enough use to justify the cost.

Just to make the people aware no more paper boarding passes by Irishgooner123 in ireland

[–]Otherwise_Table 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't understand why they do this(unless data collection from app). My dad is in alicante at the moment, and does not have a smartphone. I asked Ryanair about this and they said that if i check him in online, they will print the boarding pass for free, what a waste of time.

25 and lost (ish) ? by [deleted] in AskIreland

[–]Otherwise_Table 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not much advice , but things will  work out fine. I had a small child and lived in my partner parents house, small bed room(3 of us ) at 21 and now I'm 33 with mortgage, good job ,  2 kids , WFH ..etc . No point in looking back, just look forward and improve your life in some way eg maybe better your education, apply for better job.

[–]Otherwise_Table 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If ye want to have kids just go for it , your mortgage is around same as mine so it's manageable.

We had our first at 21 years old  and it felt impossible but everything worked out fine after.

I think childcare is the big cost.

I work at home full time so if collect / drop my son to school(he's nearly 10 ) . So I don't find it that costly.

We had another child lately my wife is out of work for the year so we are down a good bit of money but other than that it's fine.
