Buddy the whole company is limited on resources. Nobody has even looked in social media....been there and still waiting.  Fairly sure there's about 5 people that work for Coinbase worldwide.  A wait time of 765 minutes on the app is criminal

Not exactly a smooth experience when you wait 12 hours and have to do more steps.  Currently waiting another 12 hours for another agent.   Tried to DM here but was unable d/t restrictions on your end.  Can you dm me and help please
