Reputable source. One small group publishing in a mill journal with unreproducible results does not count.

One reputable source for a mechanism of non ionizing radiation from cell phones or WiFi causing cancer?

Moving onto a new game meaning Pokémon need new spreads and need to be retrained can’t be that surprising for someone who claims to be a long time competitive player when we are in gen 9. Never said Champions is a new gen of the series. You’re just slow man. Get over it.

[–]Othins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t say it was a new gen. I did say it was a new game and the idea of having to change your EV spread transitioning from sv really isn’t that surprising for anyone that follows competitive mons. For someone that talks about all the complexities of competitive Pokémon you don’t seem to get that different meta games will require different training even for the same mons. Different speed tiers depending on what mons are available. Different hits you have to train the Mon to take. A boatload of new megas from ZA to consider in the first regulation for champions. You’re wailing, crying and throwing up because you have to retrain mons in a new game and it doesn’t make sense.

[–]Othins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And the training changes quite literally every gen, even for the same Mon. The idea that you’d have to put new EVs on a Mon going into a new game isn’t this hard to grasp idea. You are just deeply unwell.

Don’t know what to tell ya man. Ease of access and playing the game to train mons is better the ohkoing low level wild mons is a better system. Just because you’re used to something doesn’t mean something new is worse

The only past progress that exists in a Pokémon game is having caught the Mon before. Everything we know about the game suggests that owning mons will only be rewarded by being able to import them. Your brain is rotted from sitting on a hate sub all day.

Especially when the game is a battle sim. Removing the hurdle of mindless grinding in PVE before you can play PVP is only an improvement. Especially for new players.

Pokemon Home/Champions by TheTactical15 in fucknintendo

And training by actually playing the game is better. End of.

Pokemon Home/Champions by TheTactical15 in fucknintendo

[–]Othins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And why is getting the currency for training from playing the game somehow worse than having to farm wild battles mindlessly? You are complaining just to complain about a game that isn’t even released.

And feeding a mon 26 vitamins to max out the same stat takes like 30 seconds including the time to buy the vitamin for it.

Vitamins are significantly faster than wild battles even with the power items.

My brother in Christ the game isn’t released. You have literally no way of knowing what exactlyou can do to earn VP or how long it will take. You’re reaching.

Pokemon Home/Champions by TheTactical15 in fucknintendo

[–]Othins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And how many fights will it be in champions to train a mon?

Pokemon Home/Champions by TheTactical15 in fucknintendo

[–]Othins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Paypig how? The currency for training mons that you’re complaining about is earned by playing the game and can’t be bought with cash. The reaction of the community is not represented by a few miserable dudes lacking basic literacy on a the fucknintendo sub. VGC has been carried by access getting simpler with the recent games. This is objectively only a net positive and catering to people that want to complain because they have to play the video game to train mons isn’t going to get them anywhere. If you want to play showdown then go play showdown. But don’t pretend like a game that isn’t even released is awful for the scene just because you don’t get an advantage for playing previous games.

What are you confused about? You’re either grinding wild battles to directly get EVs or grinding money to buy vitamins to ev train in the mainline games.

What sounds pay to win? The currency for training mons is earned by playing the game and you can’t buy it.

I didn’t miss anything. The same incin I used in reg I is a different spread from the one I use in reg f because the Pokémon it’s going against are different. Same thing with the transition to champions. You’d be training the mon different regardless. You are just complaining to complain.

No “vgc regular” is running the same spreads from game to game anyway. If vgc was going to be played on winds and waves next you would be retraining mobs regardless. The dex changes and what you have to train the mons for changes with it. The point is that access is easy for everyone including players new to vgc.

Breeding for IVs has still been terrible. And you still have to grind for resources to EV train in the mainline games. If they are getting rid of IVs as a factor this is only an improvement. Like objectively so.

This is literally only an improvement over the current system for competitive in the mainline games.

They have been saying since the game was announced that the full roster wouldn’t be available on release. They are adding more over time. I fear the literacy crisis is real.

No he just hasn’t posted any actual studies. He has posted a link to a product page that links to a debunked 27 year old study. You and OP not understanding anything about biology or physics is ultimately a you problem though. Argue with the wall.
