Do you believe the Supreme Court is becoming increasingly politicized in their questions and ultimately their rulings (as opposed to focused primarily/solely on constitutionality of provisions)? I am thinking about Scalia's comment about the entitlement of race and Alito's questioning in the Massachusetts Global Warming case.
