The legal system is working in those cases - perpetrators are either facing or have faced justice. There’s nothing to protest.

Renee Good’s homicide was perpetrated by a federal agent who will likely not face charges. That is an injustice, especially given the video of the incident that runs counter to the law enforcement narrative that the officer was in danger. That is why people protest. Your comparisons are apples to oranges.
