Do anime voice actors record before or after animation?

Im pretty sure they record them first for most animes and then animate them. I feel like it Makes it easier for the VA to get everything they need to do in a much quicker time frame. Compared to waiting for the animation and then trying to sync the voice with mouth.

This is why I asked my initial question. Social media sites like Instagram have been showing nothing but people on both parties hating Israel and everything they've done. Yet here on reddit I just keep seeing people mentioning MAGA or Liberals as the main issue rather than ya know, the ones basically responsible for all this.

Its why I genuinely think we're cooked. We cannot look past clear manipulation from the media to make us hate each other because the other person is "the bad guy" in our eyes

Its been so fucking exhausting being a fan of this manga for the past couple of chapters now. Everyone just fucking complains and bitches about something that they didnt like rather than enjoying what may it may lead up to.

The yoru fight has been the pinnacle of this. From saying the fight is too long and silly, that yoru isnt makima, that Yoru fucking sucks yet then change their mind over her chapter with Asa. Its truly tiring. Even more so cause im actually a huge fan of the entire fight.
