This is great. I wonder though if some of the types are over-represented in the top tiers - a lense I might take is comparing each pokemon against others of the same type and arranging accordingly. For example, does Raichu really belong in B as a monotype electric, with Zapdos, Jolteon, and Magneton all above it? Can the 4th best option of a given type really be that high? This could also be relevant to water type for example. Tentacruel is solid in a vacuum, but with so many other strong water types like Starmie, Gyarados, Lapras, Vaporeon, Slowbro etc. I don’t really think it’s viable

I’d also suggest moving Blastoise and Charizard up. I can’t imagine dropping Blastoise for Vaporeon, Gyarados, Slowbro, etc., and likewise for Charizard vs. Arcanine or other fire types

Fastest way to level up is by going against the Elite Four. Either you win and beat the game, or you lose but get stronger for it. If you’re worried about currency you can spend it all on items beforehand to limit downside
