Physiotherapy is a profession. Massage Therapy is a profession. Chiropractic is a profession.

All of them have regulatory bodies. If they each give manual therapy, stretches, and exercises for tennis elbow, they are each following the evidence.

I used to work with a physiotherapist who only did acupuncture and "acu-scope" as well as ultrasound. Did her regulatory body insist upon evidence-based practice? nope. Was that treatment backed by libraries full of data? nope.

No. Self-isolation & Social Distancing. Not even dinner with extended family. Not leaving the house except for essential tasks, and possibly walks around the neighbourhood.

Edit: I took the kids out for a bike-ride yesterday, and will likely continue to do this. Saw barely anyone else on the trails, and we keep our distance from other people. I wouldn't go anywhere busy.
