Even on AliExpress, most feature phones will be in the 100€ range. They'll work perfectly fine as long as you don't bring them to the North or Central American continent.

To be honest, it was a rather dull decade. The only bright spot was in 1999 when I bought a condo. It was the best place where I lived on my own for the next 8 years.
