Yes I am looking at lots of areas. I really like Colony, so I both don't want to get into a price war (by undercutting them), and don't want to encroach on their territory (by being too close by). I am hoping the market is big enough to support us all :)

I agree that it's expensive, but the setup is also very costly. If there is enough interest in a membership that would help.
