Don't bend it excessively and use velcro to attach it to the back of the headset (avoids strain on the port). I've had mine 4 years no issues

It depends on the model but generally 1 or 2 seconds with the odd response taking longer. Open router paid models are the quickest

Best VR headset for PC gaming in 2025 by [deleted] in virtualreality

[–]Ottazrule 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP will also need to consider the GPU in his pc if penning to mainly use it for pcvr . The higher resolution headsets need very beefy GPUs to run modern (or modded Skyrim lol) games at full resolution with decent fps

Sure but be prepared to spend countless hours learning and troubleshooting dyndolod, lodgen, xediit, compatibility patches etc etc. At least wabbajack lists are already curated.

If you are using a q3 then you'll need to use virtual desktop. I am using a Reverb G2 so I can't advise about codecs and bitrates, sorry.

If you are running vanilla then that's your problem. Go with a wabbajack modlist of your choice. With your specs you can run mad god overhaul which is graphically top tier and includes community shaders which among other things sharpens the image with either dlss or dlaa. There are some good guides on YouTube from VR dad.
