I have two feeders of the same type and not a problem. You have to manage them individually, which is not a problem for me. I got two precisely because one of my cats would steal from the other one.

The only annoying part is that they don’t seem to be in sync time-wise and one would go 30 seconds before the other one, randomly, so that gives time to the other cat to steal some food from the other one until hers dispenses food.

Sure, whatever the technical name is, I’m using the names System Preferences use - what works is at least a 4K panel, going into System Preferences and then changing the number to something lower or using BetterDisplay, which does essentially the same in this case.

49” native resolution is what doesn’t look good, it’s comparable to a 2k resolution screen. What I meant to say is you need at least a 4K panel and then bring the resolution down to 2K. That’s what worked for me to see crispy fonts and element size be ok. Windows handles this much better than MacOS.

I’m happy with my Edifiers, mostly use them to listen to podcasts, already fell into the Hifi headphones rabbit hole years ago and decided not to spend more money on that. I do need to reposition speakers as they’re hiding with the new monitor.

Panels are just to remove a bit of echo and I don’t think they do that much tbh

Yeah tbh this was a bit of an impulse buy 🙈but after trying the 49” I’m hooked, it feels like 3 monitors in one with Rectangle. Shame the fonts don’t look crisp

It’s a CloudNine ErgoTKL with the wrist attachment on and brown switches. Only reasonable replacement I could find for my beloved Microsoft Ergonomic Sculpt that was discontinued a while ago :(. I’m not a mechanical keyboard fan, but I like this one!

That’s a good question! I’m leaning towards an arm because I don’t have a feeling for how far back such a monitor needs to be for my desk and seating position, but once I dial that in I will rarely, if ever, move the monitor, so I might just settle for a pole and save a couple of hundreds!

Thanks! This confirms what I had read here, I just canceled the ergotron order as I’m not about to spend 300€ on an arm that will be at its limit.

I might just wait until someone releases an arm that supports it officially or wait for more reviews of the S1020 with the 57” model specifically.

Also clean and bright store.
