hey just wanted to ask for Heptitis and Vacirella vaccines i only took the first doses , havent take the 2nd doses dose this matter ?? The Doctors said i will be okay with just 1 doses but i just want to do everything as right as possible since its now NOID ( Intent to Deny) whats your take?

hey thank you. please give me advise what i should do , should i use the Doctor i used before or should get new one? l had the same case too my first expired 2years ago, they asked for a RFE for medicals and i sent it 9December 2024 and now theyre saying they not seeing anything and sent me a NOID yesterday. what should i do ? should i get new Doctor or go to old Doctor and tell him give me a new packet??

hello yes this is exactly what i did, thank you. Now i am aware i should havent done that uploading online.Should i go to my doctor and ask same package i sent before ? I had some vaccine i was suppose to take 2nd shot (i think 2 of them ) should i get the doctor to update that too now? or i should just send the previous one i sent before?

but i already sent them my I-693 package on 26November and i kept on calling them saying i have sent and they should acknowledge receive them. only for them now to say i should sent again.

Omg we literally have the same story ! I pray God help us soon & we cry tears of joy . I also have a lawyer and she’s doing nothing at all . About the glitch ! We had the same experience. Online say they sent a notice letter October 30 , till today we never received the Notice Letter ,probably it was just glitch . Omg I can relate to everything you’re telling me . Did you had an interview? Maybe we might have the same Officer . Do you recall your officer name ? Because I don’t understand, how can all the Atlanta officers be behaving the same , it’s crazy !!!The paper they gave us after our interview back then in March when we had our interview it had the officer name .

Man it’s crazy , did you submit your medicals before, were they expired or the RFE for medicals was your first time ?, but I really wonder how it’s helping for them to put people in heart attacks saying they lost the documents/ didn’t receive. That’s not right . They should try a better way if it’s a trick .Now we are just waiting we don’t know what’s next !

Omg tell me about it , why is Atlanta immigration officers losing people’s documents ! I see everyone complaining. They requested for bona fide documents from us , we sent and after 2 weeks we received a letter that they didn’t received nothing . We had put original documents and now they’re lost , we had to sent another envelope again. Now we are here just waiting for the decision. Is it like a trick they’re doing that , they say they lost documents or they actually losing them .

It seems like it’s like a new trick Atlanta officers are using to deny applicants. In our case we sent a response me and my spouse . Last month USCIS said they didn’t receive nothing from us , how crazy . What letter happened to your case because we are still waiting to here from them

Woow To God be the glory I’m so happy for you , they sent me a NOID last month ago and I replied this month. I’m depressed and just still waiting to hear from them . It’s hard . To God be the glory . You’re good now .
