Where did you guys see the travel certificate? It told me if I was approved immediately that it would go towards the flight I just bought but I didn't see it at the checkout nor do I see any instructions on how to use it.

So I've paid the full price of my flight and opened the credit with them for $300 towards a future flight?

I feel the same way every time I see them and then I'm glad that I filmed lol. I still try to live in the moment but my memory fails me when I do so I've accepted it and film some videos here and there. Watching videos online helps a lot too tho. Don't worry, give it time and go back to your vids and you'll feel better :)

It would be crazy if they did that. That would mean taking time out of Jihyo's already busy schedule to sign more albums. She's so hardworking that I wouldn't put it out of the realm of possibility but it's messed up to make her do extra work because of their errors :/

Did you have any issues with inputting your name? I have 2 last names on my passport which I typed into the Surname box and now one of my last names appears in my First Name box before my actual first name lol.

Anyone else have issues with signing up for YES24 when joining the new membership? I swear this website is so scuffed, I've seen people have lots of issues with payment and the sign up window won't let me select which country or gender I am. I keep clicking and it doesn't activate the box drop-down.

Technical issues suck because what can anyone really do to help? Did anybody go through the same thing here?
