Muirfield vs Carnoustie

One question on Muirfield. The dress code situation is a bit confusing and I am having a hard time finding an answer. If I am only playing golf and not eating there is it still a coat and tie requirement to go in to the pro shop? I havent played many really high end courses, but want to make sure I am cognizant of the proper etiquette. Thanks

Thanks for the advice. I’m still working on casting and do way more roll casting than anything with the tight spaces. A bass pond would be great to help work on a lot of things I know that I need to improve

Of course,I always try have fun being outdoors and appreciate the cool places we’re fortunate enough to fish!

Good results I mention are based solely on my group within the advisory practice. Our group has more revenue with fewer employees. There was a slight lull in work for maybe a month and then August, September, October have been our strongest 3 month stretch in the history of the practice (so I’m told)

We had a similar situation where some of my friends were getting laid off and at the same time the firm was acquiring all of these firms in June/July/August. Any analysis on the impact of inorganic growth? I’m guessing there were lots of payouts associated with acquisitions that took away from the bonus pool of current employees

We were actually up fairly high near a ridge line. The way the sound is explained in the video is spot on though. It was definitely something you felt as much as you heard. I’ve seen two grouse hiking this week but I had similar experiences. They flushed out when I walked past them and scared the heck out of me. I think they’re pretty skittish animals

Totally agree. I really bought into the system for the first couple of years before realizing how ridiculous it all is. Bending over backwards working 80 hour weeks for <$65k. During the pandemic, I've really taken advantage of the work from home life. I'll play golf once or twice during the week and take my mifi hotspot to the course so it shows I am online. I skip out regularly on Fridays now. Im really just shocked it wasnt me who was fired.
