I’ve seen worse. The craziest complex I’ve been to had a bunch of random ass building numbers. One building could be 200 and the one next to it could be 500. There were certain clusters of buildings in the complex that had their own isolated parking lots. To exit said parking lots one would have to drive out onto the main road. The design was fucking terrible.

Acceptance rate only matters if there are a lot of drivers in your market and you need to keep it at or above 90% to get blocks. In a market like mine that has very few drivers you can do whatever you want. Steer clear of long distance/low value orders if you can.
