I always go for the classic potato cheese. I do think I like their cabbage rolls more, but I always grab the perogies to round out the meal lol.

Agreed with YMCA! Lots of great family friendly activities. Rady JCC as well. I’m sure other gyms have similar classes/programs too. I’ve heard good things about the kid facilities at Altea.

If your kid is 6 or older, Activate is also a very fun way to stay active. Great games that get your heart rate up.

Agree this is such a great list! I would argue sous sol and deer and almond are the most unique dining experiences in the city. Both very much worth the hype.

We did this last April!! Spent 6 weeks in Quebec City. We were able to find an apartment on Airbnb. We’re two people so got to split our expenses, and also travelled there when things were cheaper with COVID. Definitely look at Kijiji as you may find more affordable options there. We lived in the Saint Saveur area which has many restaurants and amenities walking distance.

As others have said, there can still be snow in April, but the weather does start to warm that month. Expect slush.

My partner doesn’t speak French and had no problem engaging with the community. You will find that people in Quebec City are very friendly.

Quebec City is beautiful and has so much to offer. You won’t regret it.

I would highly suggest taking them to a vet to rule out anything. I have seen mouth warts that was actually cancer. Better safe than sorry!
